You can use Trabex to define information for customs documents required when shipping internationally between your source country and destination country.

Trabex automatically determines what information you need based upon the source and destination country, so it only prompts you for information relevant to your shipment and the documents it produces.

To define customs information:

  1. In the Shipment Wizard application, create or find the shipment record for which you want to define the customs information.
  2. From the Logistics submenu, select Customs.
  3. The Customs screen displays:

NOTE: If the message "Your shipment does not have a currency selected" displays, you have not yet set the shipment currency on the Shipment Details screen.

The information that this screen prompts you for differs based upon the origin country and destination country for this shipment record.

Complete all necessary information, and be sure to click "Save."
