When you define the package types and packaging information for your shipment, you can specify the marks and instructions to include on the exteriors of the packages and any additional instructions to give to the packers who put the physical products in the actual packages.
To define Marks & Instructions information:
- In the Shipment Wizard application, create or find the shipment record for which you want to define the customs information.
- From the Packing submenu, select Marks & Instructions.
- Provide all information as necessary within each numbered edit box, type a special mark to indicate on the shipping documents created by Global Wizard.
- Provide any special instructions in the text box provided.
- Click "Save."
